Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

We are seeking multiple B2B, Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling Lucy, a market leading AI, to medium and large enterprise companies. You must have the skills to manage complex enterprise sales processes. This includes an ability to build and develop customer relationships, understand customer problems, work with procurement and ultimately drive sales. As a fast-growing startup, you will also be responsible for prospecting and aiding in evolving our processes, GTM, and roadmap. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales.

What You Will Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Selling Lucy to medium and large enterprise companies
  • Consistently hitting individual sales targets
  • Prospecting new clients that would benefit from Lucy’s unique platform
  • Focusing on net new logo acquisition 
  • Understanding an organization’s needs and then effectively communicating and demonstrating Lucy’s value proposition
  • Taking preset meetings from SDR team to closure
  • Showcasing Lucy's ease of use by demoing to new prospects
  • Leverage omni-channel tech stack and activity tracking

Who You Are (Required Skills)

  • Skilled and seasoned salesperson with experience in managing the sales process through forecasting, bookings, and revenue
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in progressive growth, winning larger deals and quota attainment
  • Self-driven, self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience of selling through enterprise multi-level organizations and able to drive business through executives and additional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps

Who You Are (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience selling to multiple teams across an enterprise
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot or comparable CRM strongly desired
  • Experience helping companies work through politics and overcoming legacy biases
  • Past SaaS experience
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required)
