We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in implementing marketing strategies and support the growth of our company. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the Marketing Director’s right hand, staying on top of market and industry trends and helping to strategize and implement marketing, branding, and lead-generation plans. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing prospect and client product marketing campaigns as determined by the leadership team. As part of a small team in a rapidly growing business, the Marketing Coordinator will have exposure in many aspects of marketing. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who wants to learn and grow their career as the business continues to evolve.

What You Will Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Support the planning and execution of successful lead generation and nurturing through various marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creation of content to support the marketing strategy, including weekly blogs, social media posts, web content, and email campaigns to prospects and clients
  • Be the owner and subject matter expert of the email marketing channel
  • Maintain marketing CRM database through list management, data entry, automation, and reporting
  • Ensure that all internal and external marketing materials reflect current brand guidelines
  • Coordinate successful public events and relationship building with industry partners
  • Create and monitor social media campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn prospect targeting
  • Conduct industry research in a quickly evolving tech landscape
  • Report on all current marketing activities and provide recommendations

Who You Are (Required Skills)

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing support role
  • Ability to manage several projects  simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of tools like Hubspot, Customer IO or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing/eager to jump into any project

Who You Are (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience in a software as a service business
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to provide graphic design support
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or HTML is a plus
