The Lucy Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the deployment of Lucy implementations into enterprise accounts. Activities include project coordination, project management, project status reports, scheduling, working with vendors, task management, customer communication, and internal communication. The Project Coordinator will work directly with the leader of Professional Services and CTO with a focus on supporting operational project management activities to ensure progress against plan, risk mitigation and project reporting

What You Will Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Coordination of project plans
  • Coordination of activities around project launch
  • Support development and tracking of budgets for external activities with vendors
  • Organize vendor and internal meetings, track deliverables, keeps meeting minutes, and ensure on schedule to meet launch timelines
  • Develop and update status reports, prepare for Stakeholder meetings and track actions.
  • Ensure good communication of activities across internal and external stakeholders

What You Need (Required Skills)

  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Project/OmniPlan, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote and MS Word
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, solve issues and pre-empt problems
  • Ability to network and build relationships (internally & externally)
  • Strategic thinking – develop and assess options against business requirements
