Lucy is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to be responsible for building out the lead generation strategy and execution. You will be in charge of overseeing SDRs and partnering with the marketing and sales team to ensure maximum effectiveness in demand generation. You will act as the metrics-driven lead generator of the company.

What You Will Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Work cross-functionally to implement effective demand generation campaigns aligned with pipeline goals
  • Understand target markets, account assignments, sales goals and buyer personas for each target market segment
  • Complete various research activities on the market, industry news, specific contracts, partners, competition, and other areas to support additional initiatives and projects
  • Weekly reporting and dashboarding of business operations from HubSpot and Salesforce for Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to compile data and report on benchmarks; in addition, be able to anticipate changes in lead flow and update campaigns quickly to maximize conversions
  • Assist with managing sales templates, call scripts, cadences, reporting, training
  • Work with internal and external team to optimize active campaigns performance across channels, including social advertising and PPC., as well as nurture programs
  • Manage SDRs and SDR program
  • Provide input into the implementation of targeting strategies to enhance message relevance, increase audience engagement, and drive quality leads;
  • Employ appropriate scoring models to enhance the performance and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Assist with database management, health, and growth

Who You Are (Required Skills)

  • 3+ years B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Research-based mindset
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand a customer’s needs
  • Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication

Who You Are (Nice to Haves)

  • Sales/BDR experience 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to use it to yield actionable insights
  • Experience with and interest cultivating partnerships and referral programs
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business/Marketing
