Employees are more particular about what they want from their employers, and companies are working hard to meet their demands. From remote work policies to providing employees with the tools they need to succeed, identifying strategies to keep employees happy—and productive—is one of the most important takeaways from the pandemic.

 

According to a recent survey by Gartner, 49% of HR executives said innovating for success is one of their top three priorities for 2022. Interestingly, even though executives say they are focused on creating a more productive and innovative work environment, employees do not see it.
